Rates & Payment Options

• Submit your inquiry for a price specifically suited for your project!
• Exact hourly rate is depend on level of skill and depth of work required to get tasks complete. Hourly jobs that require more than one days worth of work, MUST BE INVOICED AND PAID OUT DAILY, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• ALL PROJECTS & BOOKINGS REQUIRE A 50% REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, ONLY DUE WHEN BOOKING & CONFIRMING A PROJECT START DATE. 

-This deposit request is 1/2 (one half) of the labor portion of the invoice on fixed rate projects. 

-OR- 1/2 of the hourly minimum in hourly booked projects. 

Materials.

• Necessary materials may be either included in bid total price, or purchased for reimbursement and due upon closing of final invoice (Materials totaling $10 

may be required to paid up front.) 

Materials & Supplies Pick Up Fee  

•  There is also a one time $35 material Pick Up Fee for hourly priced projects unless client decides to pick up materials themselves.

Larger, more labor intensive-skill required jobs are priced out as "price per job" bids/estimates. Detailed estimates will be provided along with estimated project timelines, projected materials budgets and any additionally added fees as agreed between both parties.
